Thermoregulatory System

It provides thermoregulatory PPE with the ability to quickly charge and recharge the vest with cold water or hot water in 25 to 40 seconds without removing the garment. Made of a new Evaporative cooling material, this new fabric when moistened will retain its evaporative cooling properties for one to two hours.

Body Thermo Collector

The evaporative cooling material fabric is layered around a patented liquid filled bladder. This inside vest has no hard tubing, is lightweight and flexible. The bladder is constructed with serpentine channels that surround the upper torso.

Air Cooled Hats

The Air Cooled hat has been designed for riders, firemen, motorcyclists, athletes, cyclists, mountain bikers, ambulance crews and policemen, who require air cooling to the head. The turbo fan draws air through a specially designed material that is dry to tjhe feel but allows moisture, from the forehead, and head to pass through and carried by the air flow to the top of the hat and exited to ambient air. The Riding Hat has an integral fan, battery and controls. Powerful 5v top exhaust turbo fan with internal cable and control box. Thermo-electric Hats

Based on a thermo electric peltier system, the hat can be either warm or cool dependant on the selected battery voltage. The thermo electric pad is placed onto the head and absorbs heat which is then converted and exited via the turbo fan at the top of the helmet. The powerful 5v turbo fan, top exhaust, power cable to control box. Batteries are standard 400 m/amp/hr or Long Live MH 2500 m/amp/hrs and rechargeable. Internally lined air spacer with “dry feel” brow material allowing heat to pass.
